CHICKS ARE HERE! We have 10 healthy chicks, we did get 11 but sadly the baby wasn't formed properly and sadly it didn't make it :-( They are all up and about in a brooder eating crumb and they seem very healthy, we have a few different colours and will have to wait to find out the sex of the chicks as these were not auto sexing. |

OUR EGGS ARE HATCHING! I can finally tell you that we have some great news at last here at Eltham Hen House! We have tried two failed attempts so far at Hatching eggs - and our third attempt has been very successful - I can tell you that so far since yesterday at 12.15pm we have had 10 baby chicks hatch all alive and well out of 14 eggs - we are currently waiting on baby 11 that pipped this morning, so should come sometime soon. |

HAIMO PRIMARY SCHOOL BOOT SALE SUNDAY 23RD JUNE 9AM Why not come along to a great boot sale at Haimo Primary school in Haimo road Eltham SE9 this coming Sunday 23rd June. We will be there with a stall selling all you need for pets Incl Wood Chip, Hay, Straw Etc - there will be a BBQ and it should be a great day! |
