Sad News - Our eggs didnt hatch! - we were hoping for some baby chicks here at eltham hen house but im afraid to say - this time we were unlucky and all our eggs failed - it happens sometimes sadly! if you know of anyone who has fertile eggs for sale in the local area - please get in touch! We are not giving up and will at some point this year be able to give you some happy hatching news - but until then keep a look out for some eggs for me! lisa :-) |

Goodbye January! At last january has passed, always a month when money is tight and people are not always in the best of moods! Well february is here at last and we are pleased to have our new incubator - and yes it is full of eggs! - We decided on Cream Legbar Eggs to start with - they are good layers and a strong hardy bird, and a lovely colour too! - So we hope to be anouncing the birth of baby chicks in a few weeks time! Just remember that we can supply all you need for your pets and offer local free delivery too. |
